Kpred 8 is a corticosteroid medicine used to reduce inflammation and control immune responses in conditions for which steroid therapy is prescribed. It decreases inflammatory activity and helps reduce swelling, redness and other inflammation-related symptoms.

Take it exactly as prescribed. Do not exceed the recommended dose or stop long-term treatment suddenly without medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended amount or duration unless advised by your doctor.

Possible side effects depend on dose and duration and may include stomach discomfort, mood changes, increased blood sugar or other steroid-related effects. If any reaction is severe, persistent or unusual, seek medical advice.
